What a wonderful experience we had at Casa Claudia! The hotel's interior design was truly exceptional, with every detail carefully curated. The common areas of the hotel were easily accessible for senior guests like myself, with well-placed handrails and comfortable seating throughout. The children working there were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable from start to finish.
More lighting in the hallway would be helpful.

The beautiful decor of Casa Claudia instantly caught my eye. The warm and cozy ambiance made me feel right at home. Despite my mobility limitations, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was commendable. With well-maintained elevators and ramps, it was easy for me to navigate the premises without any hassle.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff in catering to the needs of senior guests. A dedicated concierge service or additional support for organizing local tours and activities could have made the vacation even more enjoyable for seniors like me.

The attention to detail in this jaw-dropping apartment was mind-blowing. From the super comfy mattresses to the thick windows, everything was just perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped with an electric kettle and all the cookware we needed. The apartment was impeccably clean and organized. The bedrooms were huge and the bathroom with the rainfall shower was a real treat. The provided breakfast supplies were a pleasant surprise, including juice, cereal, and biscuits. The location in the medieval quarter was stunning, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Claudia was a friendly and helpful host, even arranging a taxi for us. The off-site car park was convenient and the free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV were great additions. The express check-in/-out made our stay even more enjoyable. We can't wait to come back and explore all the nearby activities like hiking, cycling, and golf. This place truly exceeded our expectations and made for an unforgettable stay.

The apartment we stayed in was beautifully presented, with thoughtful extras like little quotes and a rose on the bed. the breakfast selection was amazing and ensured we didn't go hungry, even if we had an early departure. the host was lovely to deal with and made everything easy for us. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the medieval center, allowing us to easily explore the enchanting surroundings.
The air conditioning didn't work properly, which made it difficult to sleep at night. the beds were also quite hard, which may be the norm for the area but was a little uncomfortable for us.

Pro: We spent three wonderful days and nights in the beautiful, spacious and comfortable Casa Claudia Villa. the effort by host Claudia to find beauty in the smallest detail elevated our travel lodging decor experience to an art form. There was also a serenity about the place we really appreciated. the apartment was also stocked with tempting food items and things to drink and all the equipment functioned properly. the proprietor Claudia ranks as one of the most responsible and imaginative hosts we have encountered in our global travels. Right away we felt as if we had known her for a long time, so warm and agreeable was she to us. She even gave us a ride to and from the train station. We will surely visit the Casa Claudia Villa in the future. Cons: Everything was spot on! 👌.

The Italian breakfast was as exciting as watching paint dry. The nearest airport was conveniently located in a parallel universe. I had so much fun playing in the children's playground.said no adult ever.
Oh, how I enjoyed the delightful experience of towel rationing. Such a pleasure to have just one towel for my entire stay.

The bathroom was pretty nice, with a bidet and a shower. It had everything I needed after a long day of exploring.
The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the bidet. It's just not my thing, but others might like it.
